Mr. Glick is a Principal of Rock Creek Property Group. He co-heads Rock Creek’s acquisition and underwriting efforts and serves as their internal Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Glick also is the lead underwriter and liaison with lenders and is active in the portfolio’s overall asset management.

Mr. Glick has extensive experience in financial modeling, market analysis and due diligence reviews. His professional career started at Coopers & Lybrand as a CPA, and then, in 1990, he took a position in the real estate asset management group for the Resolution Trust Corporation. In March 1993, he joined Zuckerman Kronstadt and spent more then a decade as Director of the Investment Sales Department, which was ultimately acquired by Pinnacle Realty Management Group. In 2002, Mr. Glick formed with several partners Vanguard Realty Group, a full service real estate company. Mr. Glick has been acquiring income-producing properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region since 1996.

Mr. Glick received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, attended the Master of Taxation program at American University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1986.
