Mr. Potolicchio is an Investment Associate for Rock Creek Property Group. His responsibilities include assisting the partners with various asset management, tenant relations and acquisition work. Specifically, Blake's work includes jurisdictional and submarket research for pending acquisitions, special projects for the firms underwriting and screening efforts as well as portfolio-wide financial management add controls. Mr. Potolicchio received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. |
