Mr. Schlager is both a Principal of Rock Creek Property Group and an owner of West, Lane & Schlager. He co-heads Rock Creek’s acquisition and underwriting efforts, runs all day-to-day operations and serves as one of the lead asset managers for the firm’s investments where he oversees leasing, property management and construction activities portfolio-wide. Mr. Schlager also acts as the company’s chief leasing officer and directs the firm’s leasing strategy throughout the duration of each investment. His experience includes more than $1 Billion in lease, sale and acquisition transactions. From 1989 through 1997, Mr. Schlager served as Senior Vice President of Transwestern Commercial Services before becoming a partner of West, Lane & Schlager in 1997. Mr. Schlager earned his MBA with honors from George Washington University while majoring in real estate and a BBA in Finance from Emory University’s School of Business Administration. |
