Tricia Mangum serves as Leasing Manager for Rock Creek Property Group and is responsible for a wide range of leasing and tenant relations responsibilities in Rock Creek’s portfolio.  Ms. Mangum works closely with Rock Creek’s existing tenant base and directs the firms procurement of new retailers for select shopping center projects.

Ms. Mangum’s experience includes more than 15 years in commercial real estate leasing and management.  Prior to joining Rock Creek, Ms. Mangum served as a leasing representative for Carl M. Freeman Companies where she closed several million dollars of lease transactions for the firm.  She also worked at Nellis Corporation managing more than 400,000 square feet of retail space in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.

Ms. Mangum earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in retailing from Syracuse University.
